1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you provide. If the property differs materially on the day of work (extra floors, difficult access, larger surface areas), we will discuss any adjustment with you before continuing.
2. Booking & cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by email or SMS. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a £30 charge to cover the reserved slot.
3. Access
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the areas to be cleaned — including unlocked side gates and cleared driveways where required. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by lack of access.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion by bank transfer, card or cash. Regular-round customers may be invoiced monthly. Late payments over 14 days may accrue interest at the statutory rate.
5. Weather
We work in most weather conditions. In heavy wind, ice, or lightning we will reschedule at no charge for safety reasons.
6. Guarantees & complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the finish, please let us know within 48 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra cost.
7. Liability
We carry £5m public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to fixtures, windows or surfaces that becomes visible after cleaning. We will always flag pre-existing issues to you before starting.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
