7. Security
Data is stored on password-protected devices and access-controlled cloud services. Payment card data is never stored — payments are processed by regulated payment providers.

If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, we also store a first-touch record in your browser under the key iweby_acquisition. It holds the page you first entered the site through, the external referring website (if any), and any campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), together with the date and time of that first visit. We use it for one purpose: to understand which entry pages generate enquiries, so the record is included in the internal notification email when you send us an enquiry.
The record is kept for a fixed period of 30 days from the first visit and is not renewed by later visits; it is deleted automatically once expired, and immediately if you withdraw your analytics consent. Nothing is stored before you accept.
